1991–2004 | Birth and Early YearsI was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where I was immersed in church life from an early age. My first passion was music, and at just seven years old, I began serving as a sound engineer. This became my first ministry and laid the foundation for a lifelong passion for serving God.In 2004, my family and I moved to Ocala, Florida. Adjusting to a new environment came with its challenges, but little did I know what God had prepared for me.2008 | Receiving the Holy SpiritEverything began to change in 2008.I remember hearing Prophet Eli Rivera playing the piano and experiencing a presence unlike anything I had ever encountered. Inspired by that moment, I asked him to teach me how to play, and he graciously agreed.As I continued learning and playing more frequently, we attended a youth convention where I received the Holy Spirit. That encounter transformed my life and deepened my relationship with God.Soon afterward, I began serving in my second ministry: the worship department. As I played the piano in my local church, God continued to develop and reveal additional gifts in my life.2010 | Discovering and Developing New GiftsMy involvement in ministry continued to expand. I began interpreting live for preachers, creating graphics and videos, and installing and operating sound systems.It seemed that God was entrusting me with more gifts than I knew what to do with, but my desire was simple: to use everything He had given me for His glory.2008–2013 | Recognizing the Voice of GodAs my relationship with God deepened, I began receiving greater understanding and revelation through His Word.During this season, I came to recognize that the still, small voice I had been hearing was the voice of God. What had once been unfamiliar became increasingly recognizable as I grew in faith and in my understanding of His Word.This realization marked a significant turning point in my spiritual journey.

2013 | The Prophets Eli and Roselyn RiveraAlthough I had known Prophet Eli Rivera and Prophetess Roselyn Rivera since 2008, it was in 2013 that God brought them into my life in a new and significant way.Their involvement marked the beginning of a transformative season filled with challenges, correction, spiritual growth, and preparation.The full story deserves far more than a few paragraphs, but their influence during this season became an important part of my journey with God.2016–2018 | Meeting Emily and MarriageIn 2016, I met a wonderful woman named Emily, who captured my heart.One of the qualities that stood out to me was her character. She lived by a principle that deeply resonated with me: “Let your yes be yes, and your no be no.”I knew there was something special about her, and approximately two years later, we were married.Together, we began a journey of marriage, faith, and service that would continue drawing us closer to God.2020 | Teaching the Word of GodIn 2020, the Lord opened a new chapter in my life as I began broadcasting live and preaching His Word.Looking back, I could see how the previous years of serving in worship, interpreting, media production, and other areas of ministry had helped prepare me for this season.What once seemed like separate experiences began coming together as I stepped into the work God had placed before me.2022 | Life’s Workshop & DiscipleshipIn 2022, the Lord spoke to my wife through a dream and a vision concerning the establishment of a place for discipleship.When she shared what God had revealed to her, she did not know that He had also spoken to me concerning the same purpose.As we recognized what God had placed in both of our hearts, we came into agreement, and Life’s Workshop was born.Our desire was to establish a place where believers could grow in their understanding of Scripture, mature in their faith, and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ.2024–Present | Family and MinistryMy wife and I continue serving the Lord in full-time ministry, grateful for everything He has entrusted to us.In 2024, we were expecting our daughter to arrive on January 4, 2025. However, God had a beautiful surprise for us. She was born on December 23, 2024, just before Christmas.Her arrival marked a new and precious chapter in our lives, reminding us once again of God’s goodness and faithfulness.As we continue growing together as a family and serving in ministry, our desire remains the same: to be faithful to Jesus Christ, proclaim His Word, and fulfill the work He has entrusted to us.

Our Faith, Our Foundation, and Our MissionCarlos Rosario Ministries is founded upon the truth of God's Word, the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and the power of the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father, that salvation is found in Him alone, and that through His death and resurrection, God has made reconciliation available to mankind.Our mission is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, call people to repentance and reconciliation with God, make disciples of all nations, and equip believers for the work of ministry. We are committed to teaching the Scriptures faithfully, building up the Body of Christ, and encouraging believers to walk in obedience to God's Word.Everything we believe, teach, and proclaim must be rooted in Scripture, centered on Jesus Christ, and directed toward the glory of God.

We believe in one God—one divine Being—who has eternally revealed Himself as three distinct Persons: the Father, the Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.- Matthew 3:16–173 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.- Acts 5:3–4

We Believe in Making Disciples of Jesus Christ18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. We Believe in the Ministry of Reconciliation Through Jesus Christ17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.- 2 Corinthians 5:17–21
